By pressing the about the staff button you should be asking the Grandstand staff a question about a specific peice of software in our libraries. When you press that button we ask that you pose a legitimate question to the staff librarians about the files in this area.
While our staff librarians are sports fans, more often than not we can not help when it comes to things such as grading or pricing objects, finding you the telephone number of a famous athelete, giving you the scores of today's sporting events, or finding you a date on Saturday night. That button is for software questions *only* and quesitons of a non-software related nature will be go unanswered.
If you have a question that is non-software related we ask that you pose it to your fellow members of the on-line community by asking it publically in one of our sports message areas. Thousands of people use the Grandstand everyday and there should be someone out there who can help you.
Also, please note that you have a second option with specific software questions aand that option is to e-mail the person who uploaded the file in question. You can find his or her e-mail address in the file's description area in the "uploaded by" field. The author or uploader is ultimately responsible for his or her product and usually will be more than happy to help you out.
